Get started with Cortica's Telehealth software in three easy steps.
Before your appointment, you should download and install Zoom on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
To install Zoom on your computer, go to and download the "Zoom Client for Meetings."
To install Zoom on your tablet or smartphone, please click here to download from the Apple App Store or here for Google Play.
You can test your connection anytime before your appointment:
Go to: https://zoom.us/test.
Press "join" to test your sound and microphone by following the instructions provided on the screen.

After scheduling your telehealth appointment with us, look for an email from your Cortica scheduling team that contains the link you’ll need to join your telehealth session. You should click the link in the email at the start time of your appointment.
