The below cancellation policy will go into affect on January 1, 2026.
We value the time we reserve for your family and appreciate your partnership in helping us make the most of every session together. Regular, on-time attendance helps your child make steady progress toward their goals.
We love sharing your child’s growth! If you’d like an update, please join us for the last 10 minutes of your child’s session.
To support your child and ensure fair access to care for all families, please:
Arrive on time for drop-off. We’ll wait up to 15 minutes after the session’s originally scheduled start time
Pick up promptly at the scheduled end time.
Avoid no-shows.
Cancel as early as possible, giving at least 72 hours’ notice so another family can use the session time.

If running late: Please call your center so we can try to hold your session.
The following fees apply (not billable to insurance):
$50 fee for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice. This fee will be waived if you reschedule within two (2) weeks of the canceled session.
$100 fee for no-shows (missed sessions with no notice).
We understand that life happens! If you’re having trouble arriving on time or picking up your child, please reach out to your care team so that we may work with you on scheduling solutions. If attendance challenges continue, we’ll reach out to explore options together. Please note that, with advance notice, services may be discontinued if:
There are three or more short-notice cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals (over 15 minutes), or late pickups in a calendar year.
Attendance falls below 80% of scheduled sessions in a given month.
Your partnership helps your child make meaningful progress and allows us to extend care opportunities to other families in need.
