Health insurance can be complex, especially when it comes to paying for services for neurological differences. We will work alongside your family to ensure you are informed and prepared.
Cortica is an in-network provider with some of the largest insurance plans.

While we are steadily contracting with new insurance carriers, we are not currently contracted with Molina, Kaiser, or Sharp at this time. Cortica is not enrolled as a Medicare or Medi-Cal provider; we are unable to accept Medicare and Medi-Cal. You always have the option to pay on a self-pay basis if we are out of network. For more information on self-pay, please reach out to our enrollment team.

Some insurances now cover long-distance services, including telehealth. We can provide a thorough benefits check before starting your program. Please contact us for information about your specific plan.
Your insurance may cover some or all therapy charges. The benefits team at Cortica can help you estimate your monthly out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays or any services your insurance does not cover. We will provide you with a benefits check and cost estimate prior to your beginning services with Cortica.
We make every effort to provide you with timely and accurate invoices and request payment within 30 days of receipt. You will be billed separately for ABA services every month.
Upon receiving a statement, you can make a payment in person, by phone, or online at Cortica's patient portal.
