Autism Diagnosis or Other Related Neurological Condition
Has your infant, child, teen or young adult been diagnosed with autism, potential autism, or developmental delay, cerebral palsy, apraxia, sensory processing disorder, ADHD or brain injury (including stroke, traumatic brain injury or perinatal hypoxia)?
Although these are the diagnoses shared by the children we serve, these labels do not define a child's developmental path and potential. What makes Cortica unique is our skill in crafting effective, customized treatment programs based on an in-depth understanding of a child's distinct neurophysiology.

Are you looking for a multi-model approach to treatment that includes several therapies working together over time to help your child's development?
Cortica's neurological approach to treatment builds neural networks that support social interaction, communication and sensorimotor function. These connections are best built through therapies in combination, not in isolation
That's why we've developed the Cortica Care Model, a multi-modal approach to therapy that brings together clinical specialists from a range of disciplines to design and deliver coordinated care.
A customized treatment program at Cortica will employ a variety of tools and techniques that may include:

Is Cortica in-network with your insurance carrier?
The Cortica Care Model implements a layered, lasting approach to autism care that works best if you can commit to building a relationship with Cortica over the course of a year or more. This time commitment can be a burden financially for families who are not covered by insurance, and can be more likely to quit. Cortica is in-network with these PPO plans.
