Shaina Smolik is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for children and adolescents across primary care and rehabilitation settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, where she studied Psychology and Health: Science, Society, and Policy, and went on to earn her master’s degree in nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Shaina began her career in primary care and later worked at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, caring for children and adolescents recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other conditions impacting both physical and mental well being. These experiences shaped her commitment to supporting patients and their loved ones through vulnerable and challenging periods, while partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Outside of work, Shaina enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys exploring the beaches of Scituate!
