Philip Scully is currently the ABA Site Manager for Cortica in Westlake Village. With over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, he has dedicated his career to this data-driven science. Originally from the United Kingdom, Philip moved to the United States during infancy and now holds dual citizenship with both countries.

Having initially aspired to become a Special Education Teacher, Philip found his passion in ABA. He finds immense satisfaction in witnessing the growth of children over days and months, particularly the joy in their eyes when they accomplish tasks or vocalize. ABA's focus on data-driven methodologies resonates with him, and he can't imagine pursuing any other field.

Looking ahead, Philip's professional goals include staying current with research in the field and fostering collaborations with peers in various disciplines that support children with autism. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys running, visiting Disneyland or Disney World (as a devoted Disney fan), traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
