Paulien is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 13 years of experience in providing behavior analytic services to children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities in clinic, home, and school settings. She has earned a bachelor’s in psychology in 2010 and a master’s degree in psychology in 2013. She later continued to complete her ABA coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. As a clinical leader, Paulien has extensive experience in clinical leadership and mentorship of other BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors. In addition, she has a demonstrated history of skills in clinical supervision, treatment planning, behavioral assessments, caregiver coaching, and clinical operations. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her English Bulldog.
