Mark Violetti is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in early intervention, clinical leadership, and parent partnership. He earned his Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development from California State University, Chico. Prior to joining Cortica, Mark founded and led a private ABA practice, where he developed clinicians and built systems to support consistent, high-quality care.

Mark is passionate about helping children build communication, social, and play skills that translate into meaningful improvements in everyday family life. He also has a particular interest in strengthening the way BCBAs partner with parents, helping families feel informed, confident, and genuinely included in their child’s care.
