Margaret Kelly joins Cortica with 25 years of experience in the healthcare category, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at United and Optum where she oversaw growth and retention of the public sector and labor market business.  Before United, Margaret led growth and retention for Behavioral business as an executive at PacifiCare Behavioral Health. Margaret has a track record of building deep relationships with payers while bringing value to the client.  In her role, Margaret is responsible for leading strategic partnerships and oversight of contracting and credentialing.
