Lynsey Poblete began providing counseling services in July 2022. She earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University in December 2014. Lynsey’s passion for helping others was shaped by the guidance and example of her grandparents and their strong faith. She believes that every person has the potential for greatness when provided with the right guidance, support, and encouragement. Her approach to counseling is eclectic, drawing from a variety of therapeutic theories and techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Her professional background also includes specialized training in crisis management, second-grade and preschool/daycare education. Outside of her professional work, Lynsey is blessed with a loving family, including her husband and five children, who continue to inspire her commitment to serving others and living a life centered on faith, family, and purpose.
