Josephine is focused on doing more and strives to innovate and provide opportunities for growth for clients and their families, clinicians, co-workers, and herself.

With more than 10 years of experience in the field of ABA and Education, Josephine has had many roles including teacher, parent trainer, DTT instructor, social skills Coordinator, program coordinator, and clinical supervisor. She earned her master’s degree in teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 from National University. She earned her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in 2018.

Outside of work, Josephine loves to spend time with her family and host/plan family gatherings. Enjoys the busy weekends she has with her two children going to theme parks, pop-ups, and museums.
