Director of Community Outreach

Heather Ramsden is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with nearly a decade of experience in autism care, clinical leadership, and program development. She earned her Master of Arts from Northern Arizona University, with an emphasis in pre-doctoral general psychology research, along with a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behavior Support. Her career has included six years in regional leadership and management, where she has led clinical teams, mentored BCBAs, strengthened ABA quality and operations, and developed systems designed to expand access to high-quality care.

As Cortica’s Director of Community Outreach, Heather is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that help children and families connect with the care they need. She works closely with physicians, health plans, schools, and community organizations to strengthen referral pathways, increase awareness of available resources, and reduce barriers to accessing comprehensive autism care. What she loves most about Cortica is the opportunity to connect the clinical work she has spent her career supporting with the broader community—bringing providers and organizations together around the shared goal of helping children and families thrive.
