Cindy joined Cortica as Chief Operating Officer in 2026. In this capacity, she leads enterprise-wide operations, driving execution excellence and ensuring the company achieves its operational goals. She brings more than three decades of distinguished senior and executive leadership experience, having served in both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer capacities. Her latest role was Chief Operating Officer of Wellpath, the premier provider of localized, high-quality, compassionate care to vulnerable patients in challenging clinical environments. A lifelong healthcare professional, she has worked in start-up, emerging growth and large growth organizations. She leads by example and enjoys spending time with care delivery teams where services are delivered. She received her master’s degree in communication disorders from Syracuse University after earning her bachelor’s degree in the same discipline from The College of Saint Rose.
