She has undergone intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), DTT, and NET, enabling her to adeptly work with children across various functional levels in diverse environments.

Graduating from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Bipon had the privilege of learning from renowned psychologists in the ABA field. Under the mentorship of Dr. Mitch Fryling, she achieved the honor of having her first publication in the Journal of Education and Treatment of Children, which was based on her thesis study.
