Evidence of Bipon Sandhu's interest and deep knowledge in this field is demonstrated through her fourteen years of experience as a behavior interventionist, clinical supervisor, and regional clinical director. She has undergone intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), DTT, and NET, enabling her to adeptly work with children across various functional levels in diverse environments.
Graduating from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Bipon had the privilege of learning from renowned psychologists in the ABA field. Under the mentorship of Dr. Mitch Fryling, she achieved the honor of having her first publication in the Journal of Education and Treatment of Children, which was based on her thesis study.
Bipon firmly believes that a robust educational foundation is crucial not just in ABA but also in shaping her personal growth and aspirations toward becoming the best version of herself.
