Alejandra Randol, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families. She brings a compassionate and strengths-based approach to her work, with specialized experience in addressing trauma, autism, ADHD, depression, and anxiety in youth.

Currently serving as a clinician at Cortica, Alejandra is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care. As a bilingual therapist, she offers services in both English and Spanish. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton in 2014. She went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino in 2019.

In addition to her professional expertise, Alejandra is a proud parent of a child with autism. This personal experience fuels her dedication to helping other families navigate the unique joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys reading, playing Animal Crossing, discovering new coffee spots, and spending time with her family and beloved cats.
