You’ll have a team of partners every step of the way

Step 1

We'll begin with a welcome visit

At this telehealth appointment, you’ll meet with a highly trained nurse practitioner to review your priorities and your child’s needs. We’ll partner with you to handle insurance, scheduling, coordination, and all the time-consuming details that other places expect you to manage on your own.

Step 2

Next, a complete assessment and a personalized plan

Our expert physicians and therapists will get to know your child through in-person and telehealth evaluations. We’ll work with your family to set the right goals and create a care plan. To best meet your child’s needs, we offer therapy services in a variety of settings — at your home, in our centers, in school, in the community, and over telehealth. We'll work with your family to begin therapies as soon as possible based on your schedule and our center availability. If your family is available for morning appointments, we can typically start therapy services immediately.

Step 3

You’ll see what real progress looks like

Our doctors and therapists use objective, evidence-based tools to assess your child’s results, and they’ll meet with you regularly to review progress. At team meetings, you’ll sit down with your child’s doctor and therapists to celebrate the wins, set new goals, and plan for the future.

Step 4

We’ll be there for you and your whole family

Your abilities will grow along with your child’s. You’ll participate in therapy sessions, parent coaching, and team meetings. You can connect with our counselors who specialize in supporting neurodiverse children and their families. As your child transitions through different stages of growth, we’ll be there to coordinate with school professionals and connect you with important resources in the community.
