Pediatric Neurologist

Dr. Sailaja Golla is a pediatric neurologist and neurodevelopmentalist leading the team at Cortica Plano. Dr. Golla graduated with her medical degree at Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences in Ballari, India. With the completion of her pediatric neurology residency and fellowship in neurodevelopmental disabilities at The University of Texas - Southwestern, she joined the UT– Southwestern Medical Center as Chief Resident of Child Neurology in 2008. Additionally, she also worked as a pediatric neurologist for Children’s Health Hospital and The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders, with focused training in autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities.  

Dr. Golla is inspired to change the lives of children with autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities, hoping to make even the smallest of differences in their day-to-day lives. She is particularly interested in autism-related research and published articles, in which she has presented at national conferences in the field of autism and child neurology. In her free time, Dr. Golla enjoys cooking and dancing. Dr. Golla is now available for telehealth visits.
