
Megan Peedin
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and began working in a level III neonatal intensive care unit, caring for critically ill and premature infants. She then went on to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing at UNC-Wilmington and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduation, she joined a pediatric neurology practice where she cared for children with neurodevelopmental conditions, migraines, epilepsy, movement disorders and sleep disorders.
She has presented at the American Academy of Neurology Sports Concussion Conference and is a part of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Academy of Child Neurology Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Megan has strong interests in nutrition, epilepsy, early childhood development and enjoys precepting students.
